Why putin NEVER needed Crimea

Short story:

Hitler: Oh hi, European countries, can I take a piece of Czechoslovakia? There are a lot of germans living there. I guess they’ll be happy to unite with Germany. I need it right now. I have a lot of guns and weapons and I guess I’ll begin the war (I say this just for you to know, Europe. Just in case.) Europe: Wait, he has lots of guns. He’ll take this piece of Czechoslovakia, it’s all he wants. Then everything’ll be calm. It will work. There will be no war if Hitler will take a little bit of another country. Europe will be happy and calm. Oh, Hitler, come here, we’ll give you what you want! Brain: Guys in Europe, why are you so naive? If a person starts to militarize the country, he will 100% begin something big and dangerous. Don’t you think that simply giving him a piece of a country just because he wanted you to do so will stop him? Europe: Brain, shut up. Everything will be ok. We believe in it.

In the year 1939 The World War II is starting. It killed 54 000 000 people. All because 1 person decided he can do more than others. Just because he has more weapons than others have. Just because he has created lots of zombie fascists. Just because. Recently I heard this phrase: “But Crimea needed to be given. Then Putin will calm down. He’ll get what he wants and then will calm down.” Hitler was also given what he wanted. Does anyone over here remember what was next?

Many people want to know news from Ukraine. It happens that they usually browse Russian news websites,not Ukrainian. Let's figure out why it's vital to read news on Ukrainian,not Russian web pages.
So,guys,I'm going to open a secret: Russian media lies. Yes,they do it with brazenly and shamelessly every single day. So if you want to find out truth, only the truth and nothing but the truth, here is the list of english-speaking websites and media:

1. Hromadske International

Hromadske survives from the money of the Ukrainians. Everyone can donate and help them. There are multiple videos that explain what is really happening in Ukraine and also different people speaking about Ukraine(and not only) live. I strongly recommend as a internet channel ;)

     2. Censor.net  

http://en.censor.net.ua

Censor.net can be read in russian as "no censorship". It was created in 2004. During Euromaidan editors office wasn't afraid to critisize the regime of Yanuckovich.

A view of a local about...how to behave in Ukraine

It was really surprising:-) I googled "how to behave" and felt a surprise when Google the great gave me this option : " how to behave in Ukraine".   

Wow. Of course, I know that in my country we have some problems, but I didn't know that people are looking for a how-to about behavior in Ukraine :-) So I have decided to help others to solve the problem, create a post "for dummies" :). Here, Ukrainian girl explains how to behave in Ukraine (though personally,it sounds a bit funny :-))  

1. NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE believe to what Russian mass media say. I repeat NEVER EVER.  In Russia, there are ONLY FEW tv channels and news websites sat the truth and are a bit independent from the regime. About 95% of mass media is being meticulously controlled by Russian authority and they announce information which is needed for Russian authority to influence and to zombify the population.  Even oppositional Russian mass media websites (like DOZHD', for example) still often lie and give unclear information. I remember lots of "stories" about Ukraine created by Russian mass media. For example, it was said that in Slovyansk' Ukrainian soldiers have crucified a boy(that's the most famous, every Ukrainian knows it :) )                                                                  

  I'll later write about most famous fakes of Russian propaganda or you can visit a wonderful site http://www.stopfake.org/en/news/ where you'll see many evidence of Russian media lying.

2. I’ll open you the biggest secret in the world! In Ukraine you should behave……(ready to hear?) NATURALLY :). Yes, you have heard it from the Ukrainian girl! You can simply travel, live and work in my country, even if you are a foreigner. Moreover, I know a lot of foreigners who came in Ukraine and stayed there. They feel wonderful :) 

3. The only thing which may spoil your good time is unfortunately corruption. But this is a problem which Ukrainians want to solve. Our politics and government employees like announce how they “defeat corruption” but the result of it is usually unseen(because there is no result). However, Ukrainian civil activists are stubborn people. The authority hates them, hinders their activity and sees them as red ants, that are small, that bite but they have to be blown out in order not to spoil the skin. But civil activists are people who will defeat corruption to the very end. So we’ll cure this illness. 

So,as you see, there’s no need to learn a behavior of a penguin(joking) to come to Ukraine :). No,wait I know what to do. This is a strict direction for you! Just enjoy yourself :) And come to my lovely Ukraine :)

THE BIIIIIIG COMEBACK!!!!

Guys, I haven't written for a year! That's the fault of really serious final exams. I had to prepare for them and they were absolutely significant in my life. But now I have some free time and you'll read some new posts from me :)
    So, THE UKRAINIAN TELEGRAPGH is the blog written by the Ukrainian girl Helen (hello,it's me) and tells the real truth about a counrty that has been recently popular through mass media. This is my country, it has its flaws and cool stuff, it fights with another big country but it'll get this war to the very end and live its life and independent and lovely counrty.
